This is an easy yet party pleasure recipe. If you do not like the traditional corn bread which is dry and crumbly in texture, this recipe is definitely for you to try. In addition, best of all, its favorite of all, kids and grownups.
Here is my variation of recipe to make Fat Free Creamy Corn Bread (दुधिलो मकै को पाउरोटी)
- 1 box of Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix
- 1 eggs
- 2/3 cup milk
- 14oz can of creamed corn
Preheat the oven to 375 degree. Spray the baking Pyrex tray with nonstick spray.
Mix together Corn Muffin Mix, egg, milk, and creamed corn. Pour it into the baking tray and bake for 30 mins. Corn bread is ready when the crust on the edges are brown. Cool it for few mins and cut in desired pieces.
Moist Corn bread is ready to be served.
