Almond Chocolate Cluster

Welcome your holiday season with a delicious homemade treat. Here is a speedy microwave recipe that calls for just three ingredients, which is a time and money saver.

These almond chocolate clusters are perfect holiday treat, a delicious snack anytime, or a great homemade gift for the health-conscious person.


  • 1 cup almond cut into desired shape
  • 1 cup cooking chocolate , chopped
  • 1 cup milk chocolate , chopped

Place the almond slices in a microwave safe plate evenly and microwave on high for 2 minutes or until light pink in color. Mix and microwave cooking chocolate according to the direction on package, stirring in between until it melts. Remove from the microwave and stir it until it is even and cools off. Now, add the almonds into the chocolate melt and mix well.

Scoop about a tablespoon of coated almonds and place it on a greased tray or on wax paper. Refrigerate it for about 2-3 hours. Chocolate covered almonds are ready to be served.
