5 minutes Garlic Sauteed Spinach (लसुनि पालुंगोको साग)

Who doesn’t like a side dish that is ready under 5 minutes. This is a healthy and easy recipes that only take 5-minutes to make! Here is how:

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 lbs baby spinach leaves
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 6 cloves garlic – cut in thin stripes
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 3/4 tsp ground black pepper

Method:
Rinse the spinach and drain. In a frying pan, heat the olive oil and saute the garlic over medium heat for about 1 minute, but not until it’s browned. Add all the spinach, the salt, and pepper and toss it with the garlic and oil. Cover the pot, and cook it for 2 minutes. Uncover the pot, turn the heat on high, stir, and cook the spinach for another minute, until all the spinach is wilted. Now add lemon juice, mix well and serve hot.
