Don’t know what to do with old ripe bananas? Here is a delicious cookie recipe to use up old bananas. These healthy banana-oatmeal cookies are flour free, sugar free, gluten-free, and take about five minutes to put together and asks for just two mandatory ingredients. It cannot get easier than this!
- 2 large old bananas
- 1 1/2 cup of oats
- chopped dried fruits/nuts of your choice (optional)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Mash up bananas, add oats, and dried fruits/nuts. Mix them well. Drop mixture, a tablespoon at a time, into greased cookie sheet and flatten with the back of the spoon. Bake it for about 30 minutes, until light brown in color. Flip the cookies and bake for another 10-15 mins until they are golden brown in color.
Fiber rich cookies are ready to be served. They taste amazing right out of the oven.
