No Mess BBQ Corn on the Cob
This is a “Easy Cleaning” corn on the cob (पोलेको मकै) cooked on the grill with butter and spices of your choice. It could be a yummy side dish or a easy meal.
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1 teaspoon italian seasoning
- 1 pinch onion powder
- 1 pinch of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon sriracha sauce or hot sauce of your choice
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 table spoon butter, softened
- 6 ears corn, husked and cleaned
Preheat grill on medium-high heat. In a medium bowl, mix together the all the ingredients except corn. Apply this mixture to each ear of corn, and place each ear onto a piece of aluminum.
Juicy and evenly cooked Corn on the Cob is ready to serve. foil which is big enough to wrap the corn completely. Aluminum foil helps keeps corn moist, ensures it cooks evenly. Place wrapped corn on the preheated grill, and cook 20 to 30 minutes, until tender. Turn corn occasionally during cooking.
